Chloe Laureyns is a firm favourite in all Digme studios and a Master Instructor of Ride. She loves speed workouts with some hills for good measure but its her amazing playlist that has you leaving the studio buzzing. Marvin Blake is an Osteopath and Personal Trainer with a passion for health (mental & physical), life balance... and #sauce.The Climb to the beat provides an introduction to the Versaclimber and its ability to provide a high intensity, low impact full-body workout. Burning more calories per minute than any other machine based workout – up to 800 calories in a 45-minute session – this is definitely one we’ve missed working out at home.

 

CORE WITH LOUISE AT KOBOX CHELSEA

Louise Barton delivers slow, controlled strength and conditioning leaving us feeling the burn and building those buns. KOBOX - where fight club meets nightclub - is a favourite for its 50-minute high-intensity boxing classes for any ability. One for the triathletes or anyone hoping to improve overall form and technique to develop a perfect stroke. Chris Stanton will give you expert stroke correction and training honed during his time as GB age group athlete - medalled at both world and European championships. We can’t wait to drop the kids at Little Space whilst we slip into the 20m infinity-level 6 lane pool under its sculpted ceiling of light. As you would expect from the wonderfully hi-tech Third Space, the latest ultra-violet filtration technology works like sunlight to keep the water permanently purified.

 

POWER YOGA WITH BELINDA AT CORE COLLECTIVE KENSINGTON

Belinda Burwelldescribes her classes as vibrant, intense and nourishing with you leaving feeling strong and energised but soft around the edges. We find this fast-flowing power yoga class absolutely revitalising, with calm and control meeting strength and flexibility. Don’t take our word for it, CC’s Power Yoga has been called “Outstanding restorative, challenging, and relaxing power yoga class accessible for all levels.”

 

UPPER BODY ACTION WITH TESS AT ROWBOTS CITY

Head Trainer Tess Glynne-Jones is also the founder of Womens Lifting Workshops, she champions strength training and is passionate about empowering women to feel confident both inside and out. We love the Action class as it instils a growth mindset, lifts your mood, enhances motivation and empowers you to tackle the task at hand. Expect shorter, power-based intervals on the rower alongside strength and explosive work on the floor.
