Here’s to your good health!

We’ve all got a little more time on our hands at the moment, so let’s up-skill our Friday nights in.

Figs are high in natural sugars, minerals and soluble fibre AND minerals including potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron and copper. Top it off with the fact that they are a good source of antioxidant vitamins A and K and you have a cocktail ingredient which surely helps with your health and wellness?

Create your own FIG FRIDAY:

// Blend 1 cup of fresh figs with 2 tablespoons of water until smooth

// Add 4 tablespoons of your puree to 2 ounces of vodka and the juice from one fresh lemon to a cocktail shaker

// Shake with a handful of ice

// Fill 2 glasses with fresh ice and strain in cocktail

// Add a splash of honey and top up with soda water and serve with Rosemary sprig garnish.
